Thank you for your article and thorough explanation.
However, I think there is an error for the subtraction table row:
0xd0-0xf0=0xe0 208-240=224
When using formula M+(255-N)+C, with M=208, N=240, C=0 (because B=1 and B=1-C) it ends up with:
208+(255-240)+0=223 (not 224)
Or is the result 224 correct but I misunderstood formulas?
