In the process off reversing the chip they describe that they used Sprint Layout editor to trace the differen layers, regions.
Now i can see that they put vias were there are contacts on the die but there are also a lot of just overlapping trace. I was just wondering how this is exported and how the PCB-2004 can make sense of it.
