Quebec can do whatever it wants, I just sold all my rifles out of province. Especially the semi-autos. Without registration. Now try and find them.
Anyway, should Quebec succeed in getting the data it will be useless. And should they want to set up a provincial registry(what a joke), it can't be set in criminal law, which is exclusively federal when it concerns firearms.
So it would be a registry for the sake of being able to say there is a registry.
Ah, the bottomless stupidity of statist gun-grabbers will never cease to amaze me.
