Anonymous said *: I understand after reading the Hartford Courant on line tonight, that Terry Waller is now out on an injury dating back to the car accident from 2013, really...if that is the case, then someone needs to check his sick bank, considering that this was not an "A" Injury, this would be a "B" Injury...he was not on duty at the time of the accident, plus he was driving a City vehicle illegally(SKB assigned vehicle) I wonder if this is just another ploy to get back at the City.

Like the union guys say...Charlie is just a bumbling idiot. What is really funny is that Charlie actually believes he was picked for chief because of his smarts. How long can they cover up the Bell death for?

When will they stop the bleeding? Shortly after this message was forwarded an O.N. came out ending the detail of the ExOfficer/PIO's detail. Coincidence or not? Huertas needs to go. A command staff needs to be put in place now, before more people get hurt. It is ludacris to think that Huertas can run this department, he couldn't even run a fire when he was a D/C. Who is advising him on his decisions Helene and Roger? God help us.

Lets hope Pedro's special detail doesn't drink on duty, because Caviar is all f**ked up on booze, pills after a night ho-ing at the Polo Club. Plenty of bathroom breaks.

Kevin can you have Huertas be sure Pedro's guy gets the memo as well, he's probably ousted by fellow officers by now.

Karma nene, karma...

Wouldn't Waller at least need a backbone or a spine to claim a back injury?

Kevin, I think you jumped the gun and now you owe Huertas an apology. He's not the bumbling idiot you think he is after all. His tactics may be unorthodox and he may look like an over medicated patient at the institute but to my knowledge not one member of the HFD was arrested for DUI this weekend. What do you have to say for yourself now?

I am so proud, that is a milestone to be extremely proud of. No Hartford firefighter was arrested for DUI this weekend. Did he also need to send an email to remind no firefighter to shoot their friends in the face when they were drunk, not to overdose on cocaine, and to make sure they stayed at the scene if they rammed into another vehicle? I hope your post was sarcastic because I have to intention of any kind of apology to Chief Huertas for his sorry leadership of a once proud organization as well as allowing the fine members of his department to be embarrassed by his antics and those he allows by his lack of accountability of others

Really, this is what your hanging your hat on? Huertas tactics worked, because no Firefighter (that we know of) was arrested for DUI. Did you check across the state?

What does Kevin have to say for himself, try this on dumb, dumb, "He has a functioning Brain", unlike you.

Yes Kevin, my post was meant to be sarcastic. I got 2 of your references, but not the overdose comment. Could you elaborate?
