Nolan is the only Chief officer in the HFD who has shown any leadership in the past two months. The other Chiefs are a group of weaklings looking to protect themselves and their fat pensions.

yes it is true, it is right there in the e-mails. And I'm not a lawyer but I would venture to say no it is not legal. I would almost imagine that since OSHA's investigation involves a death, it might rise to some level of tampering with a witness
