Ive found that it is always the best policy to cite legal decisions based up a neutral reading of the law and not upon political ideology or political leanings.In that regard,this decision by State Central was a sound decision,based on real law and not the fantasy advocated by the strategy team around Ms Hollaway.Those strategists may have ruined her candidacy as it now gives Mr Arena a certain momentum and a certain sympathy in that the prior election was stolen from him by either willing conspirators or worse, by unknowing dummies....time will tell who will be the Town Chair.
