Staying on track has been tough for me - always. But this year I am doing a decent job of it. I've found that having a child really forces me to focus on my priorities. I can no longer afford to throw away my time.
It's funny ... everything I read before my son was born indicated that I should give myself a break. Don't worry about the dishes, they said. I found the opposite to be true. Completing little tasks and chores helps me have a sense of accomplishment, which, in turn, helps me retain my sanity!
