Since Star Tours: The Adventures Continue is set at the time of the fall of the Republic and the rise of the Empire (30 years before the Force Awakens), it doesn't make any sense for the Starspeeder 1000 to go to Jakku with Finn and the First Order fighters. According to the storyline, these characters don't exist yet.

Disneyland Paris released a new video to promote Star Tours : The Adventure Continues coming to DLP Discoveryland at the end of March. Imagineer Tom Fitzgerald present the whole thing but the most important is the announcement that guests riding Star Tours : The Adventure Continues will be able to enjoy adventures which take place in the SEVEN Star Wars movies. Yes, you've read it well, the new Star Tours at DLP will include a new ride movie linked to Star Wars : The Force Awakens. So, for those of you who wondered if this would be the case, the answer is yes!
