while I might HAVE that in my house... I'm thinking I might want to hide it prior to real estate photos being taken... what if someone wanted my monstrous ET...
(no, I don't really have one, but I wouldn't say no...)
My son wants to know if we can buy the "alien dragon" in the corner.

I, personally, am jealous of the well stocked bar! Does all that booze come with the place? If it does, I'm making an offer ;) Of course it would be contingent upon ET and the big, scary alien staying behind.
It is nice that the home owner recognized that E.T. would be lonely so far from home and arranged for some "friends" to eat... er, I mean PLAY with him... Too funny!
Wow, the alien in the background in the second pic sold me on the place. This has to be the home of a SciFi fan or a really really lonely person. LOL Great pics. I enjoyed them.

(I actually am very, very envious.)
Hey, buy the place and I bet they'll throw in E.T. for free. Of course, you'd have to live in L.A. Not worth it.

Well, who doesn't want a giant ET?
August 6, 2008 at 9:50 AM
Well I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm sold!
Do the Reeses Pieces come separately?
August 6, 2008 at 10:02 AM
A single man lives here and decorated it himself I'm willing to bet.
August 6, 2008 at 10:11 AM
I'll take the second angle. It has a dragon man!
August 6, 2008 at 10:16 AM
It looks like ET is about to strangle the bartender.

Ha!! Love the blog.

The second view seems to have disappeared from the listing photos. But I must say the dumpster in the driveway really adds value!
August 6, 2008 at 12:35 PM
Yikes! Kinda scary - the dragon guy on the other side of the room! I'd keep looking for another home!
August 6, 2008 at 12:47 PM
I'd love to have that on top of my bar.

ET doesn't bother me but the scarry gator man....yeah I'm not gonna sleep to good tonight.
August 6, 2008 at 2:16 PM
actually i'm guessing that the first angle was taken by that demon/dragon/monster/whatever..
and the second one was taken by the projecor screen(??)

propertyshark.com says the current owner is David DeFalco, which explains a lot.

All the pictures are still up, but I never saw one with a dumpster.

It's what everyone needs. A house where aliens of all kinds can stop for a quick intergalactic drink.

Memories:
I had an ET finger - I used to stick it up my nose. Ah - the good old days.
August 6, 2008 at 4:12 PM
For 2.3 million, E.T. better come with the house. LOL!
August 6, 2008 at 4:39 PM
I'm hoping this wasn't what E.T. went back to when he phoned home.
August 6, 2008 at 4:52 PM
All I have to say is dang...I want to party with whoever lives there!
August 6, 2008 at 5:01 PM
If I only had the cash..
August 6, 2008 at 7:49 PM
I would totally buy that house just for the giant ET and maybe that other crazy statue in the background.
August 6, 2008 at 10:01 PM
When did Et become a bartender?!
August 7, 2008 at 7:45 AM
This. Made. My. Day.

Good thing they posted more than one pic of the house. The first pic made me think they were selling a $2.3 million dollar garage!
By the way, this guy has a thing for creepy statues. The last pic (on the second photo page) is really disturbing.
