BP common stock has gone from
$60 a share five weeks ago to $36.52 today
. Lost $7.50 or so just today on Top Kill(tm) screwing up over the weekend.
Maybe there are some consequences after all. I don't see Tony Hayward keeping his job much longer. Gosh, that's a shame.
