551K new claims this week, that's up from last week. Continuing claims down to 6.09 million. As long as we're at this 500K+ new claims and 6 million continuing claims plateau, we're in trouble and will remain in trouble. Tomorrow's September job numbers aren't going to be pretty, either.

I'm taking 300K jobs lost and being pessimistic.
