Sheep from the Goats Freeze Tag

Designate a playing area. Have a student volunteer to be “It”.

Say: One day the sheep will be separated by the goats. In this game someone is “It” and he will separate the sheep from the goats. If “It” tags you, you are frozen and cannot move. The only way you can become unfrozen if another sheep comes and tags you. Play continues until all the players are frozen. Then the last person to be frozen is "It" for the next game.

If you have time, play several rounds, having kids change groups and roles.

After playing the game, ask your students:

1. What was it like waiting to be unfrozen?
2. How is being chosen by Jesus like being untagged by someone?
