This delicious recipe is easy and totally scrumptious! Great for a last minute treat to take to a Church Potluck! (You need a mini muffin pan to make this.)

Brownie Peanut Butter Bites

1 (15 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1/3 c. hot water
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
48 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat well with a spoon. Fill paper-lined mini muffin cups about 1/2 full. Press one peanut butter cup into batter in each cup. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brownie is set. Cool completely.

40 – 48 pieces



*Be sure to put a label on this dessert in case there are those who are allergic to peanuts.
