I am glad that Steve Cohen wants to do things across the street from Citi Field. It has been a wasteland forever and there definitely needs to be hotel, retail, entertainment, and restaurants. What about the original plans of the development that has already been set forth. I just want to see how all this works out and I really want it all to work out.
