Hi Gail, I like the sound of you kitchen, it sounds like the sort of kitchen I grew up around, not just ours but most of the farm kitchens were like that back then. Here we have a lot of farmhouses being bought up by city folk and they do them up all fancy and then kid themselves that they have a real farmhouse kitchen when what they really have is a kitchen they spend loads of money on to make it just like the kitchen they're running away from in the city. Well each to his own but I prefer the real farmhouse look and not the manufactured city farmhouse style.

What's wrong with halters in the dining room?

I think the doorknobs is a cool idea and might steal it!

What a work day! I just had this vision in my mind of all this walking back and forth and sweating and looking for the halter. I sure hope you slept well. There's just so many hours in a day and never enough time.

I am laughing so hard at the "doing like a little boy dog!" What a perfect description of many of my days! What a great visual....I think?!
Well, I was just looking at my guys and thinking I needed to do something...I have some melon in the fridge...So, I'll begin my 'doing like a little boy dog' day and head out with that!
Have a great day!

Well I don't have one of those magazine houses either, I think they only exist in magazines. :)

You sure do flit around in one day, wore me out just reading about it. :)

You need to take a picture of the Halter and Bridle rack that you made with the doorknobs! I want to see!

Love the horses! I never knew they liked watermelon husks! I can relax for the day because I have learned something new already! :)

What a day for you! I bet you miss your jacuzzi too after that day! :)

Sweating is good for you - it rids your body of toxins. So be proud of it; you're healthier now.

And I like that idea of using doorknobs to make a hanger for things; I might do something like that sometime.

Thanks for sharing about your day.
