Of course you found a rock! I like that quote you have about feeling the mountain.... I'm going to try it! Lovely view there, even in the rain, possibly even more magical. The fishing should have been good for them!

What a pretty trail you walked to get to the Falls (which are gorgeous) and the power plant shots were wonderful too.

Oh such beauty which you have captured for us so well! Sigh. I envy you the rain and mist - we need it here - our rainforest is becoming desert-dry.

I am glad hubby has a heart - tsk - and love that rain does not deter adventures or photographs and words...

Yep, like get this one. We have a large natural power plant a few miles up the highway and the power is sold to the States?? These photos with the land fog and mist are just beautiful. I would have stopped in the rain as well to capture these great photos. Loved them and good news to hear Den the Lion is ticking away wonderfully. lol

Beautiful place, I would love to fish there.
I would have to be further on down this water in order to keep the fish I caught. Hubby and I love trout, we would want to have a nice camp fire going, in order to fry the fish for a nice early breakfast.

That's a really beautiful place, what stunning photos.
It probably won't surprise you when I say releasing fish is quite cruel and really, what's the point if you're not eating them?

I have been there and it is a lovely spot. I didn't know however that the power was sold to other states. Bummer.
