Yeah Ammond Bundy needs to shut the hell up. I think it is a shitty deal, but this is what the Hammonds want and I would hope that the courts will be kinder to this poor family that has been screwed over big time. Charging these people with terrorism is ridiculous and is a damn lie among other things. Go back to Bundyville Ammond ...

I think the atrocity here is the Ninth Circus Court of Appeals, but then who would have expected anything different...when will folks figure out that living on the left coast is dangerous to your health and freedom.

Stewart Rhodes need to push for decentralization of the Oath Keepers, as long as certain minimum standards are kept (to be called Oath Keepers). He definitely needs to push operations down to the state/regional/county/municipal groups.

It makes no sense to have C2 over groups that intend to conduct operations, at that level.

Years in law enforcement tells me that these statements were likely made by the Hammond family at the bequest of local or federal officials that used the "guilt-card" and convinced them that doing so would "prevent any bloodshed".

DirSec, the other option being that the Hammonds have been told they will be prosecuted / attacked if they didn't.

I have, for years now, respected the right of people who don't want to fight to avoid being pulled into anything over my personal reasons. I agree that nobody has a right to force an armed standoff on them against their will.

I also agree that, ultimately, it is probably Federal agent provocateurs who are forcing this armed standoff on them.

I fail to see how we have any remaining power to stop them from doing so.

That being the case, this is no longer about us refraining from forcing the Hammonds or anyone else into an armed standoff. It is about how we are going to respond to the Feds' decision to begin the war we've all known for some time they're planning to wage against us.

I'm sorry for everyone on either side of this war. That doesn't change the fact that it is upon us and must be fought to a conclusion.
