"BlackBerry Maker RIM 'Submits' to The Saudis "

Since the Mayor of New York has submitted to them I imagine it gets harder to justify not submitting.

So just how far does this new "hole" RIM has opened up in the BlackBerry go? Can they read my emails on my work BB when I visit the Magic Kingdom? Can they read my *old* emails? Can they block my emails? Even worse, can they read my BB email when I'm not in Saudi? If this only applies to BBs sold in Saudi, how long would it be before smart Saudis go next door to buy theirs? I would presume any smart business traveler with a BB will now avoid travel to SA unless they leave their BB behind, a prospect much akin to chopping ones leg off.

So RIM has basically given the Saudis, who financed 9/11, a backdoor to find out what's on Obama's blackberry.

BRILLIANT.
