Strange concept. Masks everywhere except the water where contact and distance not to mention droplets will be difficult to control? Maybe the chlorine will take care of corona.

..but all Bars must now magically have a functional kitchen! and no drinks may be ordered without accompanying "substantial food"! oh yeah, and also NO MUSIC!
