As long as you remember to tell them that you can spot a guilty person a mile a way you should do fine!

I will begin to stutter uncontrollably and shake. That should work too.

I can feel (for) you, I did jury duty about three years ago and I still have a headache from it!

I want jury duty so badly that I can taste it!! I get jealous everytime someone I know gets called. Granted, I doubt I'd ever get to sit on a case - at least not a criminal case - but I want to experience the "other" side of the whole trial process.

If you want out, saying you are racist ususally helps.

I am with Karen in the minority. I am one of the only people I know who WANTS to serve on jury duty. Of course, I wanted to be a lawyer at one point in time so I guess this is my way of experiencing that vicariously.

Ugh, jury duty was b-o-r-i-n-g!

The case that I sat on was some shmuck trying to get out of a DUI. The evidence against him was sick, there was no way he was getting out of it.

Besides, I think he was drunk in court.

You poor guy, and I do mean that it the MOST American way possible.

I never get picked for a case. I never answer the way one side or the other wants!

They'll never catch me!

I really would like to sit in on something serious, not a DUI or something stupid. And of course it better not make me lose to much INcome$

Friend of mine wanted out of jury duty really bad, so he brought a bible with him to court. As soon as he saw the defendant he said "Repent, or face the wrath of God!" Oddly enough, he didn't get picked for jury duty, and hasn't been called back since.
