Hi Joan,

Thank you for taking us "Down Memory Lane" today. All of the dresses are lovely as are the ladies in them.

Every wedding dress has a unique story to tell, and yours is simply amazing. Your daughter must be so happy that she was able to share the precious moment with you while looking for the perfect dress; she looks stunning in it. She definitely picked the right dress since it's never been worn, plus, it's been dry cleaned well. Perfect condition for Greece. How's the wedding like, by the way? _Marion Russell @ MNGreenClean.com

Marion! Thank you so much for your kind words about the wedding dress post! How was the wedding?, you ask. It was like a fairy tale--horse drawn carriage and dancing in the streets in Corfu, Greece.

Naturally I wrote TWO posts about it--on Oct. 15, 2010, "The Wedding 10-10-10, Bourbon for the Weather Gods,"
http://arollingcrone.blogspot.com/2010/10/wedding-10-10-10part-1bourbon-for.html

and on Oct. 21, 2010--"The Wedding 10-10-10, Fires, Fireworks, Fancy Footwork, and Food" http://arollingcrone.blogspot.com/2010/10/wedding-10-10-10-part-iifires-fireworks.html

I hope you'll look them up and click on the photos to see them full size!

And thank you for asking!
