I remember it being quite strange to see the Swan Boats go past while we were up in the Swiss Family Treehouse. The ride itself wasn't all that exciting but the boats always looked so good and they added a sense of movement to WDW's larger central plaza.
Taking yet another look at a Magic Kingdom Club membership card today we’ve got a card from 1972. This unused card (imagine all the unfulfilled happy memories) was for the Delco Sparks Travelers U.A.W. Local 662, Indiana.

I don’t have a 1972 Disney News so this Fall 1973 Disney News will have to do. What a fantastic cover!

I don't recall the cover, but I remember the article on the candy and topiary.
I had this one once, when I was a kid, unless the articles ran in another mag also. Gone now, of course.
