Sadly, we lost a CM on that attraction. But the carousel style operation and the music was a pleasant stop on a hot day in the Park. Remember that this was timed around the country's 200th birthday. Many of the AA characters reside in Splash Mountain now.
Sigh....maybe they could put the current Innoventions displays inside Splash Mountain and return the America Sings characters to the Carousel Theater. I'm usually wishing that Carousel of Progress would make a return to Tomorrowland, but I think I would be just as happy to see America Sings once again in all it's original glory.

Continuing with another super newspaper post this June 30, 1974 LA Times advertisement for "America Sings" sure does make me miss this attraction. If it were up to me this attraction would still be at Disneyland, since when did celebrating America become outdated?
