The ad at the bottom of the last page dates from when Disney owned the lease for the Queen Mary in Long Beach. Disney had long coveted ownership of the Disneyland hotel, but (I recall) had to wait for Jack and Bonita Wrather to die before they could purchase the Wrather Corp and its holdings. Wrather held the Queen Mary's lease at the time, so it was thrown into the mix.
