These 'tickets' mention things like Skyway, PeopleMover, and lots of attractions that were removed in the most recent tomorrowland overhaul, so probably before that? I'm thinking 80s or early 90s?
Wow, that IS an oddity! It mentions "Flight to the Moon", which ran from '67 through '75. And there's no mention of Space Mountain or Big Thunder. But the "regular admission price $35" means that it CAN'T be from back then.
No "Globe" paper either, so strange!! Could this have been made for some sort of castmember-only in-house promotion as a tribute to the classic ticket books? It has that "home made" look to it. Thanks for sharing!
MMM often used trivial in the game, and the anachronisms (is that hte right word?) in the ticket book are likely a part of hte game. I played once in the 90s and seems to remember something like that. The tickets are not "real" tickets - I don't htink any attractions were even open when we played that didn't directly have to fo with the game. We were in teams of 5, and all had to stay tied together. A blast.

These are not actual tickets. They are "vouchers" that are exchanged at the event for clues. Teams of 4 solve these clues for points. Each clue is given a point value. The clues could be anything from a puzzle, to Disney trivia, to a physical challenge. Pretty much worth the paper they're printed on.

It’s time for Minnie’s Moonlit Madness! From what I can tell, these events are annual Disneyland Cast Member scavenger hunts / car-rally’s (without cars) / trivia contests where all proceeds go to charity. The 19th annual event was held on May 20th 2008.
This ticket book is of course (say it with me) undated! I’ve had it for about 3 years so it’s at least that old. If anyone has more information please let me know.

The “A” ticket is missing, unlike the real ticket books in my collection where there’s almost always an “A” ticket left.
