The Kids of the Kingdom were still performing at the park! I regret not going to see their "Disneyland Is Your Land" show that year....or the "Happy Birthday Disneyland" show at the Carnation Gardens, but I loved the 25th Birthday Parade that ran all year long!

I think K.C. and the Sunshine Band was at their very peak just five years earlier, that must have been a pretty big draw.
