It looks like a place around 7,000 feet on the western side of the Sierra Nevada. It looks like it might be Huntington Lake, but since I'm not entirely convinced of that, I will not be flying out to check!

Major, good guess on your part, I was at Bass Lake last year and it is similar to Huntington, although Huntington lacks the million dollar lake front Homes that Bass Lake has! Have fun at Bass, I’ll be back at Huntington this weekend too!
Jason drives all over California and literally takes thousands of photos everywhere he goes. He's documenting the highways the way he is documenting Disneyland, it's incredible!
Well, Tim, I recognized the general characteristics of the place (as I mentioned in my first post)... then I guessed you'd be at a fair-sized lake, and Huntington was one of my first guesses. I then compared in Google Earth and had a good idea, but wasn't positive. Also, as Major said, I know a lot about California places. :) I've never been to Huntington Lake.

Yes I just recently spent a week in Florida, but now I am taking a relaxing vacation!
I'll be at this beautiful place fishing, boating and skiing. If you can guess where this, come on up, the water is perfect!
