Seriously Larissa, that bag of what I'm "assuming" to be cauliflower looks like straight up breast milk in a bag! I did a double take! You'll have to let me know how this venture works out! Oh, and props on the magic bullet...want one! Darn those infomercials that create an urgency too strong to ignore!

You'll have to tell us what your kids like. We've tried a few of the baked things and Elanor wouldn't eat them. But, there are so many other things I want to make- but haven't gotten the veggies together. So, good job!! I've had the book for over a year and still haven't prepped my "add ins."

two words...wow. that was crazy and um, good luck with that. luke eats beans and brocolli, so i count myself pretty lucky. they totally balance out the pizza and cheeseburgers if you ask me--or maybe you shouldn't i guess. enjoy!
