I can't WAIT to try this out this weekend!!! I just made pumpkin cream cheese muffins twice this past week (receipe on my blog) and they were delicious.

What happens if you want to make these cookies and you live in Australia and canned pumpkin doesn't exist because we don't can delicious vegetables like that and eat them in their natural state instead?

Yeah, nothing like a bus full of screaming short people to make you appreciate your own short people even more. WE don't let parents ride the bus. That way we can do all the controlling necessary (plus the kiddos often act like idiots with their parents nearby)

Christy-I know you can make your own pumpkin puree by cooking plus some other steps...I know I am sounding really helpful.

kp-Got the boots at TARGET...ooh I heart target. They were pretty reasonable in price.
