Hello Daniel Little I don't know if you keep up with this blog still, but maybe you can help me. As a African-American, cis-gendered female, democrat, Christian, a southerner who prefers the north in comparison to the south, and a first generation university graduate, I don't believe in social identities. I think the consequences behind identity is very real, but I don't believe in identity in itself. Are there other scholars that would agree with that?

I don't mind sharing how I have arrived to that concept with someone who is open-minded. I not married to my ideal that identity is not real if someone can prove to me otherwise. I just want to talk it out with someone.
