Borax does AMAZINGLY beautiful crystals :) Not sure if you want crystals in general or have a specific reason for the salt and sugar. Either way we had great success with the Borax and they were huge and formed in hours.

[Image] [Image] [Image]For some reason no crystals have formed in the sugar jar. There looks like there is some collection on the bottom, but no formation. Salt one is growing though.
