GUPnP 0.12.7 released.

Changes in this release:

- Chain up dispose and finalize in GUPnPDeviceInfo
- Use a dedicated SoupSession for event handling
- Fix device icon fallback logic
- Fix user agent string
- Sanity check UDN while parsing
