Hi out there.

here's the work log of a stick called "Popcorn Kung-FU Stick". Black Leather and nice USB plug so far.

Preparing the parts. Mark with a small drill the hole centers.

Drill first with 30mm Forstner 5mm deep and and then with 26mm Forster through the MDF.

Glue the parts together.

Draw the measures of the case on the leather.

Now you've the template.

Cut the needed size.

Fix the leather with clamps and glue.
