YouTube has been ordered to hand over the viewing habits of *every* user. Video watched, user id, IP address from which you watched it, and more.
Interestingly, Viacom had demanded the source code for YouTube, but the court said that handing over Trade Secrest was unwarrented.
Nice to see where We the People's priorities are.
