There is another tool that you might want to look at for mapping that has dice rolling, character sheets and even some automation in it. Maptool which is available from http://rptools.net It is a Java app so it is cross platform (works in Windows, Mac and Linux) I am not affiliated with this tool in any way except as a user for many years.

Game Name: [GURPS Dungeon Fantasy] The Gray Marches

Day: Sunday, 28th of August, 2011

Time: 04:00-08:00 UTC-time
12 PM to 4 PM - Perth time
11 PM to 3 AM on Saturday 27th - Chicago time
9 PM to 1 AM on Saturday 27th - Los Angelas time
8 AM to 12 PM - Moscow time

System: GURPS 4e with Dungeon Fantasy books

Level: You play a 300-point character. Stick to the Dungeon Delvers' Cheat Sheet in DF 1 for character creation guidelines, with the exception of this game's personal rules below. Ask me if you have any questions about creating your character, naturally.

Stuff to bring/notes: I'll be rolling the dice for everyone...unless you guys feel there's a better alternative. Be sure to have a copy of your character sheet on hand.
Page references! Having page numbers and book names will help, you if not me! Be sure to keep a seperate sheet for your equipment (including costs and encrumbrance), that'll help.
You can use DF 3 racial templates and you don't have to stick strictly to the DF 1 character class templates.
What your native Cultural Familarity and Language are depends on your character's racial template. Some races can choose between several CFs or Languages.
Naturally, you can buy any other Language or CF with points at character creation or in play. It is highly recommended your character start knowing the Common Language and maybe the Human CF, as that will the dominant Language and CF in this game.
To save space here, I'll tell you what Native CF and Language your race starts with when you e-mail me.

Contact info:
p_dragon500 (at) hotmail (dot) com
Send your character sheet draft and pre-game questions there, and get in early!
I'm Michael Keenan on G+, btw.

Really wish I could run G-crawler again, or at least play, but new job has me working 9pm to 9am and it's making all my creative centers shut down for renovations.

Age old battle of money vs. fun.

Event: The Stone Roses

System: Tunnels & Trolls (5.5/7.5 Mash-up) See below if you don't own T&T

Date: Saturday, 3rd September

*Atlanta, GA:Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 12:00:00 Noon
*Midnight between Saturday, September 3, 2011 and Sunday, September 4, 2011
*Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 8:30:00 PM

Players: Room for 4

What to bring: 1st level character, human/elf/dwarf/hobbit. If you don't own T&T get the basics of 5th edition here. There are only three more things you need to know:

1. Roll a wizardry stat 3d6 (all kindreds have an x1 multiplier)
2. Warriors add their level to their combat adds
3. Pick one talent (acrobatics, slight of hand, herbalism, musical insturments) and set it's initial value to an appropriate attribute + 1d6. When it fits you'll use it instead of a stat for a saving roll.
