I don't know where this kid lives, but I do know he doesn't atttend school in my neighborhood. The first day of school, every year, our school sends home a note about appropriate attire. One cannot wear anything displaying alcohol or drugs on their person. Outlawed are all personally offensive sayings on shirts, etc. I do not have a problem with this and will defend the right of the school to foster a clean and comfortable learning atmosphere.

I think these folks should be told that there are places that this shirt is acceptable, and that school is not one of them. Maybe he could clerk for the judge and wear it to court daily. Hopefully, the school bullies will be sent to pound o this kid regularly. Maybe after enough beatings his parents will remember how many people have sacrificed and died for them to be able to live here and continue to act like the morons they are.
This morning I spent a few minutes with my 83 year old father. While his not spry or agile any longer, his mind is sharp as a tack. He is a WWII Army LT, who had about 500 men under him. When asked what he thought about this, he replied quite eloquently " They have their rights, because thousands of guys my age fought to keep this country free, however, nobody in my command would have been asked to risk themselves to save these imbeciles. Good Riddance." I couldn't have said it better myself.

Today was college "spirit" day at my daughter's middle school. While everyone will most likely be adorned in their UGA paraphenalia (Gag), my daughter is sporting my Animal House - Mr. Blutarski - inspired C-O-L-L-E-G-E long-sleeved t-shirt. (My Converse All-Stars wouldn't fit her.)I doubt anyone will make the connection.
