They do indeed look deliciously moist - I love the elegant swirl of frosting on the top and the subtle sprinkle of glitter. Perfect for a Valentine celebration.

I'm still not a fan of red velvet - it's pretty to look at, but I've never actually tasted one I thought was delicious! Maybe England just hasn't got the hang of it yet! I love how pretty the cream cheese frosting looks against the red colour though, and the heart sprinkles on top do make it a perfect Valentine's treat!
