I really, really, REALLY want to make a summer pud! Poor form that I've never made one before. This looks so good and I like the idea of adding a 'grown up' touch to it. Watch this sapce lol

I have always been fascinated with the English pudding...we don't have anything of that kind here...every country has it's own tradition...loved watching that show on the History channel Victorian Christmas and the puddings there...thanks for the recipe

This really is a beautiful summer dessert. That color is gorgeous and I'm surprised it holds up so well to slicing. who knew?
