stunning little choux buns and I love the coconut creme patisserie.
Chocolate and coconut is my all time favourite so I think I could happily demolish a large bowl of these!

Wow, you did amazingly well! I have seen about 10 or so of the other daring bakers creations and I have to say yours are by far the best, your pastry buns couldn't have come out more perfect if you'd tried! and I love the sound of the coconut cream filling...I also love that you added a picture of how you fill it!! No-one else has, and I've been wondering how that filling gets in that little bun!! So glad I found your blog
