These look really delicious. Your brother is so lucky. I love peanut butter and have tried this recipe previously with good success. It's really good, isn't it? :)

Hi Oven Delights,
The choc cake in my header is a triple chocolate fidge cake made extra moist as it uses mayonniase in the cake! Sounds odd but i works really well.

I tried these for the first time recently and agree they are more than the sum of the ingredients - some magic occurs in baking to make them even better than peanut butter if that is possible - though mine weren't as beautifully smooth as yours - I used crunchy peanut butter and choc chips

That is one pretty PB cookie. Their crackly top is lovely. I've made a flourless cookie before and they were dry and crumbly, but these look great. I made some PB cookies awhile back but I have yet to blog about them. I'll get to that sooN!

I just today discovered your blog. I am in love. Every recipe looks so delicious and I find myself wishing I were sitting in your kitchen smelling the aroma of baking sweet and savory treats. It’s a good thing you are an ocean away or I might be showing up on your doorstep begging for a bite!

I can’t wait to make my way through these pages. Thanks so much for such wonderful ideas!

I can certainly see how these would be perfect to get you through exam periods! I've never tried peanut butter cookies before as I think I have the same feeling you had about them, but looking at these and hearing you talk about them; I guess I will have to try them out soon!

They look amazing Katie, so much so that I've just been and bought peanut butter to make them. Now to make time to do it and blog them....

(Your brother is very lucky - mine moans at me that I never send him the things that I bake!!!)
