Hi, Katie! On the blog Baking Banter there is a great recipe for gluten free tapioca starch buns with garlic and cheese, and you should try it, it's really good.

looks fantastic - you seem to be doing a great job with gf baking - and lovely dream

I haven't tried gf bread but my mum has had good success with Dan Lepard's GF bread - though she found her second batch was rock hard and said if her first loaf had been like that she wouldn't have tried it again - so I guess flours can act differently on different days

Wow that looks good! Have not tried teff, but looks like it would be a good idea to add it to the flour collection. You have done so well with the gluten-free change over that you will undoubtedly find your way to a delicious loaf of bread, too.
