Oh, good idea, baking it in a sheet pan and cutting into three. It makes for a different and interesting shaped cake.

i did like it's similarities to the carrot cake too! but somehow my relatives got put off by the mention of sweet potato. great job with the loaf tin cake though!

oh my goodness. this cake is pure sweet potato heaven. i love the combination of frostings. it's soo cool. i never think of chocolate with sweet potatoes. very interesting and obviously delicious!
