This looks absolutely stunning - I am in awe of your talent.

Do tell me how you make the Swiss roll without cracking the sponge - both times I've attempted it a roll is not what it's turned out to be. I wonder if the sponge is too thick.

Wow, that looks absolutely amazing. I didn't manage this one because I didn't think my tiny freezer section at the top of my fridge could take making ice cream. But I'll have to give this a go at some point - and I think I just might go for this flavour combination. Three of my favourite flavours. And I LOVE Frangelico!

Hi Choclette,
I'm not sure what the secret to an uncracked sponge is. Mine did crack a little bit.
Using a sponge conting only egg whites will make it more bendy/pliable and filling and rolling it when its only just cool enough will probably help. It will crack more if it dried out a bit.
