Ahh such beautiful work! And I love how you gave it that extra hazelnut flavour to it which would have made it just ambrosial! :D

Wow, this looks really good. It reminded me of a recipe I had seen on one of Pierre Herme's cookbook for chocolate - or could be something else. It is also a multilayer concoction but with crepes. In between each layer of crepe is a generous pour of dark chocolate. I have yet to try but this gives me some good motivation... will put it on my to do list..
