Wow that is innovative - I had to read the title a couple of times because I have never thought of doing such a thing - definitely something to claim as a creative idea of your own - am sure your dad enjoyed discussing this birthday cake

I haven't heard of an upsidedown cheesecake either. Inverting the cheesecake sounds like a terrific (and scarry) idea. I may have to try this once my cheesecake making skills are up to par. Ever since that pumpkin cheesecake we made last month, I've been wanting more cheesecake :)

Brilliant Katie, you've pulled this one off to perfection. Isn't it nice to come up with something completely brand new? It looks a real star and sounds as though it would be completely delicious - I'd be more than happy to have that presented to me for my birthday.
