Zombie Revenge was originally titled "Blood Bullet: The House of the Dead Side Story." You'll notice that the zombie sounds are the same, Ebitans are in the sewer section, those Rubin and Drake-like zombies are as irritating as they are, Magician appears, and there's the stage called "The House of the Dead." There are more references, but those are some of the more obvious ones.
Also, there is footage of the Streets of Rage 4 demo on the Dreamcast, not just screenshots. It's a shame that it never got further than a prototype.
