The other potentially good news, which Pam has posted over on Atlas, is that it has been disclosed that the Barys are in the US illegally. If there is any kind of justice in the world, that should pave the way for them to be deported back to Sri Lanka -- MINUS RIFQA.

Revere Rides Again,

This good to hear. Little by little the truth is coming out about this insidious organization.

Interesting, and I was just reading the annual summary of the real estate industry "The Real Deal." Of the top building buys of 2008, the most expensive was the sale of the GM building. In fact, at 2.8 billion, it was the highest price ever paid for an apartment building. It was sold to Goldman Sachs and two unidentified Middle Eastern investors.

The fourth most expensive of the year was three towers sold to the same parties. The sixth most expensive was the buying of the Chrysler building by the Abu Dhabi Investment Council.

As these are legitimate business interests, we should not worry. As Culturist John notes, investment for a return from the Middle East does not involve cultural imperialism. Saudi funding of Mosque building is pure cultural imperialism and must be stopped.

But with investments come influence. Rather than cultural impact, political influence is the offshoot of such investments. Building development, not being a security heavy industry like airlines, does not merit alarm. But it should be noted that access must be noted and politicians, as always, must ask, "What is best for America?"

Looks like CAIR and it's minions weren't given the heads up prior to this book's release and didn't send in the shock troops to intimidate the publisher prior to publication.

Purchase it now before it is pulled post production - as was "Alms for Jihad".
