i sufferd the same when i first came here with Maroc telecome but YOU HAVE TO ASK SHARPLY FOR your RIGHT TO BE SERVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. its serious. if you keep quiet they would do the same dealing with every client . more than this is that you paid and you are not given the service yet
subordination to the administration is bery destructive. the constructive behaviour is to act and ask for their solving th problme.
