Okay, I didn't post our last ultrasounds, but they were sorta funny. It turns out Little Z is really already Big Z. He's above average in every area, size wise. And as usual, he was in there showing off to all the world that he is a boy, dammit. He's very proud of himself. But the thing that really got me was his head size. As all of you know, Octo has a large head. Well, Little Z was in the 65th or something percentile for length, and it was around there for every other measurement. And for head size, he was in the 98th percentile of baby heads. His head is bigger than almost all other babies' heads at this gestational age.
So thanks, Octo, for implanting this demon seed inside me. I'm so happy that epidurals were invented.
On the other hand, our baby is clearly some kind of crazy ass genius.
It sure is. While it doesn't leap instantly to the eye, if you every try on an adjustable baseball cap that I've been wearing it will feel like you put a collander on your head.

I never noticed before but now that you mentioned it, his head is rather unusually large isn't it?
