Excellent summary, JSP! Once again Spider-Man is running so hard I think he's going to run past the Kingpin. Also, as Octo notes, I don't believe that Kingpin has ever "fled" in his life. I don't think he has strolled, skipped, or even walked briskly a day in his life.

*slaps forehead in disbelief* Kingpin must be the biggest idiot in comic strip history! Let's look at his mistakes thus far...
1) Wastes a million dollars on a missile.
2) Falls for Dr. Lauren's hypnotism spray.
3) Builds multimillion dollar secret layer under one of the biggest tourist attractions in the country.
4) Unnecessarily brings his two most dangerous enemies to said secret layer.
and now...
5) Escapes in a midget submarine only to land it right back in front of his enemies.
He should be miles out to sea right now.
